A Corporate Solicitor is sought by this commercial law firm based in Birmingham. The role of Corporate Solicitor has arisen in order to continue the development of the team as instructions from clients continue to increase.

The ideal Corporate Solicitor will be NQ-2 years post qualification. Your experience will have been gained with a strong regional, national or City law firm. You will have acted on matters such as general M&A, Private Equity, Finance, MBOs, MBIs and due diligence. As a Corporate Solicitor you will also be expected to take some responsibility for the supervision of others as well as supporting the partners with business development.
